HOW SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REINVENTED THE TACO

We just posted that Q&A recently with Gustavo Arellano and he’s right back to work with an editorial on LA Weekly.  Arellano highlights how tacos found it’s way into American culture and evolved over the last century (or more) to become a staple in the region no matter how we choose to have it served up.  The melting pot of cultures here in Los Angeles surely would have a great influence on the different interpretations of the ‘”taco”.  Read the article here.
